This promotion is only available to customers who have booked their job through the contact forum.

ALL customers to send their request within the promotions specified time window will be eligible.

First:

Go to our ‘Contact’ page in the taskbar located at the top of the page.

Second:

Fill out the ‘required’ information boxes so we can identify you easily.

Third:

Write down the name of the service you would like and add your preferred contact number if you think we will need it.

You may add your address if you feel comfortable doing so, but this is not a requirement as our customer service will contact you by phone to discuss your job and will take an address after.

(Please note Caravan Cleaning is not available in this promotion due to seasonal challenges.

However, follow us by Social Media or sign up to our emailing list and receive Caravan Cleaning discounts, along with all of our promotions throughout the year, posted every Spring and Summer)

Fourth:

List any additional information surrounding your job if you feel it is necessary to do so.

eg. ‘Driveway Cleaning, requires moss removal and sanding.’

eg. ‘Gutter Cleaning. Large House X6 gutters. Ladders may be required. Need support surrounding possible repairs.’

Fifth and Finally:

Please wait patiently for our customer service to contact you within 48hrs by phone. Please also note that all promotional jobs will be prioritized in our work load.

Additional Information:

• This Promotion is available from the 19th of December 2025 until the 30th January 2026. Jobs booked within this window, through the contact forum, will all receive the 15% discount on all jobs excluding Caravan Cleaning.

• Phone calls are not charged.

• Phone calls are not recorded or monitored ensuring your full privacy and data protection.

• Additional Services within jobs increase the overall cost of the job. The 15% discount will still remain in place after the final price is given.

• The contact number you provide will be our primary means of contacting you. Emails may be sent to you regarding your job but this will only be done under certain circumstances. For example, ‘the contact number provided is incorrect’ or ‘we have tried contacting you over several occasions and cannot reach you’.

• Please be respectful of our team as we are processing a lot of customer concerns. But we will be in touch as soon as we can.

• The number we use to contact you may be different from the number of our business. This is because we are using multiple lines to regulate the amount of traffic we are tackling with phone calls. We appreciate your understanding in this matter!
